About Marc Budd

Welcome to the Port Allegany School District! My name is Marc Budd. It is a privilege to be your acting superintendent. I am excited for the opportunity to work with your child and share in his/her success. I have been a part of the staff here at Port Allegany for over twenty years. During that time, I have been a coach, teacher, and principal.

On a personal note, I have a wonderful wife and daughter. My wife, Traci, is the elementary principal at the Coudersport Area School District. Our daughter, Brielle, is currently attending college. As a family, we enjoy many of the outdoor activities afforded to us in North Central Pennsylvania and just spending quality time together.

Please stay actively engaged in your child's high school experience. Now more than ever, your child needs your continued support. My wish is that every parent and child will feel welcome and safe in our school system while every child receives a quality education. My door is always open; please stop in and discuss any concerns that you have. We all have the same goal. Let's work together to achieve success.
